Impact of some demographic variables on job satisfaction of women police in Ibadan, Nigeria

The impact of some demographic variables (marital status, educational attainment, job status, and age) on job satisfaction of women police was examined. 120 participants (mean age = 32.8) randomly selected from two out of four Area Commands of the Oyo State Police Command participated on the study. The study utilized an instrument, ‘Women Police Job Satisfaction Scale' (WPJS) (∝ = 0.74).
