Methodological Evaluation of District Hospitals Systems in Nigeria Using Panel Data for Cost-Effectiveness Analysis

District hospitals in Nigeria face challenges related to cost-effectiveness due to limited resources and inadequate data. A mixed-method approach will be employed, combining quantitative (panel data estimation) with qualitative insights. The study will use Stata software to estimate cost-effectiveness ratios and interpret results within the context of Nigerian healthcare systems.
