WORK-FAMILY ROLE CONFLICT AMONG ACADEMIC WOMEN IN NIGERIAN PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES

Work-family conflict is a form of inter role conflict in which role pressures from work and family domains become an obstacle to employees’ job performance. This study examined academic women’s experiences of work-family role conflict and determined the implications on their job performance.
