AN APPRAISAL OF CHALLENGES OF MODERN EMPLOYMENT IN NIGERIA

Contact of employment is a creation of relationship between the employer and the employee. The relationship brings about the right, duties and responsibilities of both parties to the contract. In other words the terms and conditions specified in the contract are to some extent to be observed which most times include collective bargaining, collective agreement, method of termination of employment as well as welfare and health packages.
