ELECTRONIC BANKING AND EMPLOYEES’ JOB SECURITY IN LAFIA NASARAWA STATE, NIGERIA

This study examined the relationship between electronic banking and the job security of the employees in Lafia Nasarawa state. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analysed by means of descriptive statistics such as frequencies, means and standard deviation. Chi squares was also used to analyse the hypothesis for the study. The results show that adoption of e-banking does not directly lead to loss of jobs in banking sector in Lafia Nasarawa state.
