Second-phase delay in accessing major elective surgeries from a public tertiary health institution in Nigeria: The role of financial constraints

Background: Many factors contribute to second-phase delay in accessing surgical care electively especially in low-income settings. The aim of this study was to evaluate second-phase delay in elective surgical care in a tertiary hospital.
