Emotional Labour and Corporate Vitality of The Nigerian Hospitality Sector in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State

This paper examined the relationship between emotional labour and corporate vitality of the Nigerian hospitality sector in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The researcher adopted a correlational survey design as it measures the link between two variables. A sample size of one hundred and fifty (150) participants were drawn from a population of two hundred and forty (240) with the aid of the Taro Yamane formula.
