Noncompliance to Standard Treatment Procedures for Cancer Propelling Increase in the Mortality Rate of Cancer Patients in Benue State, Nigeria

The purpose of this study was to gather, present, describe and explain the data on noncompliance to standard treatment procedures and its implication on increase in the mortality rate of cancer patients in Benue State. The study was a descriptive research and the data was obtained from the cancer patients case folders in the Record unit of the Oncology and Palliative Care Clinic Federal Medical Centre Makurdi.
