Transformative Leadership and Employee Productivity of MDAS in Abuja

This study investigates the impact of transformative leadership thical leadership modelling, adaptive leadership engagement, and cultural inclusivity on employee productivity in Abuja's Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). Using a census sampling method, data were collected from a population of 7,710 individuals across 15 MDAs, with 663 valid responses analyzed, representing a 96.2% response rate.
