Prospects and Challenges of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA), 2015

The Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015, came like a messiah, ushering new hopes and reiterating existing rights and principles in the Nigerian Criminal Justice System which before now, had attracted so much odium and contempt from within and outside Nigeria.
