Influence of Northern Nigeria Crises on Administrators’ Job Performance in Secondary School in Kogi Central District of Kogi State

The study examined the influence of Northern Nigeria crises on administrators’ job performance in public secondary school in Kogi Central Senatorial District of Kogi State. Three research questions were raised and three research hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The design of the study was ex-post facto. The study population consisted of 480 administrators and 1541 teachers in 136 (public and private) secondary schools in Kogi Central Senatorial District of Kogi State.
