The article highlighted the social and economic consequences of conflict, insecurity, banditry, and kidnapping in Nigeria using a systematic review method. Relevant information, ranging between 2015 and 2024 were sought for through google scholar, google, and other search engines to explore several secondary sources such as journal articles, books/e-books, databases of publishers, websites, and others.
