Leadership Style and Employee Motivation in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Nigeria

This study examines leadership style and employee motivation in Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Nigeria, with a focus on identifying the dominant leadership style, key factors influencing employee motivation, and challenges affecting leadership performance.
