Examination Anxiety, Internet Addiction and Sleep Disorder among Undergraduates in University of Ibadan

The incidence of sleep disorders among university students, often intensified by excessive use of digital technologies and academic pressures is gradually becoming a public health concern, having serious implications on health and general wellbeing of Undergraduates.
