Do Cleanliness and Location Truly Influence Leisure Guests’ Choice of Hotels? A Hotel Managers’ Perspective

The main purpose of this paper is to establish a model of leisure guests’ choice of hotels. To be more precise, the present study examined the extent to which cleanliness and location influence leisure guests’ choice of hotels. In the light of this, a study was undertaken from the hotel managers’ perspective analyzing what they believed were the factors influencing guests’ choice of hotels.
