Reconceptualizing Governance in Nigeria: A Dialectical Analysis of Reform Contradictions and Adaptive Governance under the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administration

Governance reforms in developing countries frequently generate tensions between policy objectives and implementation realities, particularly where institutional constraints shape reform outcomes. This study examines these governance contradictions through a dialectical analysis of reform implementation under the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration in Nigeria.
