Hybrid Work Models and Employee Productivity in Selected Nigerian Organizations

This study examines the effect of hybrid work models on employee productivity in selected Nigerian organisations. The shift toward hybrid work has changed how work is organized, structured, and delivered; yet evidence from developing economies remains limited and often fragmented.
