Board Characteristics, Non-Performing Loans and Financial Performance of Deposit Money Banks in Nigeria

This study examined the relationship between board characteristics, non-performing loans (NPLs), and financial performance of deposit money banks in Nigeria, with special focus on the mediating role of NPLs.
