Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement in Higher Institutions in South-East, Nigeria

In this paper, organizational culture was studied as a factor influencing the employee engagement of academic and non-academic employees in institutions of higher education located in South East Nigeria. The study centered on three dimensions, which are the influences of: collaborative culture on employee vigor, innovative culture on employee dedication, and hierarchical culture on employee absorption.
