Workplace violence against nurses has become a major occupational health concern globally, with serious consequences for healthcare workers, patients, and health systems. Nurses are frequently exposed to verbal abuse, physical assault, bullying, sexual harassment, and psychological intimidation from patients, relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare personnel.
