Effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction in selected commercial banks in north central zone, Nigeria

Work-life balance continues to be a central determinant of employee satisfaction, especially within labour-intensive contexts like the banking industry where role demands are heightened. This study investigated the effect of work-life balance on the job satisfaction of employees of selected commercial banks- UBA, Zenith Bank, First Bank, Access Bank, and GTBank- operating in the North Central zone of Nigeria.
