Human Capital Development for Effective Competitiveness; How Nations, Companies and Individuals Win in the 21st Century Economy

In the 21st-century economy, competitive advantage has shifted from natural resources to human capital. This conceptual paper examines the role of human capital development in driving competitiveness at the national, organizational, and individual levels, with specific focus on Nigeria’s context.
