Employee Motivation and Service Delivery in Rivers State Police Command, (2015-2023)

This study investigated the dynamics of employee motivation and service delivery in Rivers State Police Command between 2015 to 2023. The Nigerian Police annual report content was what motivated this study and it revealed how handicapped the Nigerian Police force have been, which was orchestrated by a combination of various factors that plagued the Nigerian Police Force. Among these factors were inadequate funding, high level of corruption, as well as poor conditions of service, among others.
