Work Family Balance and Job Satisfaction of Private Secondary School Teachers in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria

The study aimed at investigating the Work-Family Balance and Job Satisfaction of Private Secondary School Teachers in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The study used a well- structured questionnaire and a sample of 180 respondents selected through a two-stage sampling procedure. Data obtained were analyzed using Descriptive statistics, Pearson Product Moment Correlation and independent t-test.
