Remuneration Structure and Government Revenue Drive Outcomes in Nigeria

The study investigated the relationship between remuneration structure and government revenue drive in Nigeria, aiming to understand how variations in public sector pay influence revenue drive outcomes. Utilizing an ex-post facto research design, the study analyzed secondary data collected from the Central Bank of Nigeria bulletins and circulars from the National Salary, Income, and Wages Commission.
