Nigerian Criminal Justice System and Perennial Problems in Warri and Okaka Correctional Centers, in Delta and Bayelsa States

This study examined the Nigerian Criminal Justice System (NCJS) and the Perennial Problems associated with Warri and Okaka Correctional Centres in Delta and Bayelsa States, Nigeria. This paper focused on brief history of the Nigerian Justice System; from pre-colonial, colonial, and post-colonial eras. Nigerian Criminal Justice System functions with the Judiciary, Nigeria Police Correctional Centres.
