Crisis Management and Organisational Performance in the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA)

This study examined the relationship between crisis management and the organisational performance of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), focusing specifically on the dimensions of crisis prevention, crisis mitigation, and crisis response.
