Perceived Emotional Stress, Work-Life Balance and Job Performance among Employees of College of Education Katsina-Ala, Nigeria

Interest in employee job performance as it relates to Colleges of Education has received the attention of researchers in recent years. Nevertheless, there is dearth of studies examining this phenomenon in Benue State.
