The study was conducted to examine the influence of employee participation in decision-making on organizational performance of Zenith Bank Plc., Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The Survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study consists of all core employees of Zenith Bank, (Oron road branch, Aka road branch, Abak road branch and Udo Udoma branch) Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, totaling one hundred and five (105) employees.
