Berom Traditional Justice System and Effective Crime Prevention in Plateau State, Nigeria

Despite the enduring role of indigenous justice mechanisms in fostering community cohesion and resolving disputes, empirical evidence on their impact on crime prevention and overall crime reduction remains scarce.
