This study examined the socio-economic effects of prolonged road construction on business performance, urban mobility, and livelihoods in Sabon Tasha Community, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State, Nigeria. The study focused on the effects of prolonged road construction on shop owners, private motorists, commercial drivers, motorcycle riders, and tricycle operators.
