Administrative Imperatives, Insecurity and Socio-Economic Development in Rivers State

The study examined the relationship between administrative imperatives and insecurity in Rivers State, Nigeria, with a specific focus on six local government areas in the State between 2014 and 2024. The study interrogated how administrative capacity deficits, weak policy coordination, and ineffective grassroots governance structures contributed to the escalation and persistence of insecurity across the state.
