Leadership Behaviour and Employee Job Performance of Manufacturing Firms in Southeast, Nigeria

This study has examined the relationship between leadership behavior and employee job performance of manufacturing firms in South East region of Nigeria. The study employed the use of survey research design to give the respondents equal chances of being selected. Data were generated with the aid of questionnaire which is the major instrument used.
