Effective Team Dynamics and Organizational Performance in Selected Manufacturing Firms in Delta State

This study investigated the relationship between effective team dynamics and organizational performance in selected manufacturing firms in Delta State, Nigeria. The specific objectives were to examine the effects of conflict resolution, team cohesion, and cross-functional integration on organizational performance.
