Budgeting and Implementation Complexities in the Public Sector: The Anambra State Experience

This study examined budgeting and implementation complexities in Anambra State, Nigeria, with the specific objectives of assessing the trend of government receipts and examining the financial, fiscal, and administrative factors affecting budget implementation between 2020 and 2024.
