Nigeria's Federal Parliament

Senator Daldry, the only expatriate member of the Nigerian Senate, gave the following address at a joint meeting of the Royal African Society and the Royal Commonwealth Society on July 2, 1960. Sir John Macpherson, a Member of the Council, and a former Governor of Nigeria, took the chair.
