STRENGTHENING JUDICIAL INTERVENTION IN ELECTORAL DISPUTES IN NIGERIA

Sustainable constitutional democracy in any society depends largely on an independent courageous and incorruptible judiciary. In Nigeria, disputes often arise from electoral process; whether pre mostly from the attempt constitutions or the Electoral Act.
