Derogations and restrictions on the right to strike under international law: the case of Nigeria
This paper explores a neglected aspect of legislative reform, derogations and restrictions on the exercise of the right to strike in Nigeria. It draws on the international labour standards established by the International Labour Organisation to assess the derogations and restrictions on the right to strike.
