Economic analysis is in the main part concerned with achieving and improving on certain optimal conditions that are necessary for maintaining an optimally functioning economic system that in turn maximizes the total welfare of the society.While this is necessary for maintaining the full functioning of individuals and systems and Nigeria.I am also grateful to my family in Nigeria for their encouragement and prayers as I embarked on the doctoral programme.
