This study addresses the challenge of limited growth and employment generation among MSMEs in Nigeria, focusing on the impact of the 2021–2025 National Policy on MSMEs in Benue State. The objective is to evaluate how policy implementation influences enterprise development, employment, and poverty alleviation.
