Labour Disputes And The Nigerian University System

The study investigated the perceived impacts of trade union disputes on the university system in Nigeria . A sample of 700 respondents which represents 6.63% academic staff and 5.75% non-academic staff were randomly selected from 12 universities in the southern geopolitical zone. The questionnaire titled “Trade Union Disputes and the Nigerian University System Questionnaire” (TUDNUSQ) was used for data collection.
