Trade Unions and the Challenges of Casualisation of Workers in Nigeria

Trade Union Organizations in Nigeria are being faced with serious problems relating to the violations of Labour Rights and Privileges including intimidation of workers to leave unions. Globalization has brought with it flexibility, which has encouraged cheap labour thereby making employers of labour to violate workers’ right.
