PERCEPTION OF JUDICIAL CORRUPTION: ASSESSING ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR DEMOCRATIC CONSOLIDATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA

Judicial corruption which appears to be a negative world phenomenon remains one of the main obstacles to democratic consolidation and sustainable development around the globe. The perceived corruption in the Nigerian judiciary is becoming rife.
