Lander, Richard Lemon (1804-1834)

MS. 3159 | Holograph diary of his expedition in which he discovered the course of the Niger: from 31st March to 30th October, 1830. This is part of the Journal of Lander's second expedition, which he made after the death of Clapperton, who was his leader in the first expedition in 1827.
