EOI - Nigeria - Advisory Firm for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Operationalization of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to Manage Downstream Design, Investments, and Operations of the Ekiti Knowledge Zone - EKZ

The services required for this assignment include supporting the Project Implementation Unit for the SPV operationalization of EKZ and being responsible for the identification, facilitation, implementation, and coordination of PPP arrangements, concession and privatization activities within the EKZ. Duration of the assignment will be 6 months with possibility for extension based on the needs of the project, performance of the consultant, and upon agreement by both parties.
