Despatches sent from General Sir F D Lugard, Governor (Described at item level). | German native troops interred at Fernando Po: Submits copy of report from Mr Stobart who visited Fernando Po in conjunction with Captain Phillimore, and a French officer detailed by General Aymerich, does not think there is any immediate threat of a German landing, urges that Spanish government be asked to move Germans still in situ to Spain.[End]. Sent by Governor General Sir F D Lugard, 29 September 1916.
