Letter dated 22 February 1996 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cameroon addressed to the President of the Security Council.

Further to the letter of Cameroon 28 of Mar. 1994 (S/1994/351) concerning its border dispute with Nigeria over the Bakassi peninsula, requests the Security Council to urge Nigeria to withdraw to the territorial positions which it occupied prior to 21 Dec. 1993 and transmits note of protest.
