This programme consolidates the gains from previous efforts of the House and external assistance support to the House on legislative strengthening practices, appreciates lessons learned from the previous interventions to strengthen the Houses capacity and is tailored to the objectives of the Legislative Agenda of the 10th House, whose main objectives are: to make the 10th House of Representatives The Peoples House and improve the law-making, oversight and representative functions of the legislature.
