Communities in Northeast Nigeria, continue to recover from the prolonged impacts of conflict linked to the Boko Haram insurgency, compounded by climate shocks and economic fragility. While stabilization interventions under the Regional Stabilization Facility (RSF) have improved security, restored basic services, and reactivated community structures, many households and local economies remain vulnerable.
