The consultancy Services is split into two phases and include: Phase 1: Preparation of Detailed Engineering Design planned for four (4) months period. Phase 2: Supervision of the construction of the Agro-Industrial Hub and Agricultural Transformation center planned for twenty-seven (27) months inclusive of twelve (12) months defect liability period.
